@wonkette_bot This happened in Australia during Covid lockdowns.
There was a call for trucks to block a major freeway to the airport. Only 2 small rented trucks showed up. Police moved them along.
Another time there was a convoy to Canberra (national capital) and only bogans in beat-up old 4WDs showed up. Then they tried to crowd fund their expenses. Failed and eventually went home.
Real truckies are too busy to get into this crap.
