@onedollarwonka That makes a lot of sense. They notified us a few months ago that they would be doing some major trimming in front of our house, but when they showed up they barely trimmed anything... maybe the same happened for a lot of other people in the area. Was hoping to avoid paying for that ourselves, but it can't always be avoided!
