@MateodelSol Hi, Mateo! It's been a lifelong thing but TMS and meds have helped. It's just a coincidence but one of my nieces has an actual black dog and I take Valium when she visits.
@eric hello to you! Hope the Black Dog hasn't been too much of a handful (I know for some it rears its head during seasonal changes, myself included).
