Once again, a reminder that Wonkodon will be down for a few hours today starting around noon USA Pacific NW time (thanks @admin and @LandShark!)

Just a reminder, so ya'll don't panic:

Wonkodon, your beloved local instance, will be UPGRADING our server software.

Expect an outage starting about NOON on SATURDAY 12/17 and going on for a few hours.

If all goes well, we'll come back to a new & improved Mastodon, with better search features and other bells and whistles. If not, we'll put the old version back in place, and figure out what went wrong.

So: on Saturday, don't panic when you can't visit here - just check back later in the day to see how it's going.
