Congress is done for the year. It has not been a traditionally productive year. 23 bills will have become law by 12/31. There were almost that many votes held to find Speakers of the House this year. A whole lot of things will come due in January including the temporary govt funding bills that were supposed to allow breathing room for all the _other_ bills still unpassed.
