A late dinner of #latkes. Totally worth the wait.

Using Greek yogurt and sour cream as a protein/liquid alt. instead of eggs resulted in a moist brownie.
Maybe more flour next time. Also, leaving in the fridge for a couple hours (and adding a few ounces of stout) resulted in an airier texture. Potency is reasonable.

Huh. According to this image of oddly flexible meat tubes in buns, I'm somewhere between lawful neutral (yeah, OK...) and chaotic neutral (yeah, fine).
