OMG!! I can't believe this, but I love it! Five women Senators in South Carolina
( 3 Republicans and 2 Democrats) defeated a near-total ban on abortion. In Nebraska, it was an 80-year-old Republican State Senator Merv Riepe who abstained from voting to advance the near-total ban. Republicans with SENSE saved two states today from abortion bans. Yeh, I don't type that many times!

Well fuck. I was supposed to go to a transplant evaluation with a patient in Sacramento it was postponed from March because of weather/ driving over the mountains. Snow melted down here, roads clear, weatherbeautiful andwarm...and it started snowing last night. Now chains or snow tires/4 wheel drive are required. I have all wheel drive but that's it, and the tribe's transportation vehicles have neither.
I feel so bad it will be postponed again

OK, this is an absolute first for me. There is always, always, one last spool with 40-80 yds left on it. This time, it was 2 4 oz balls, spun over 4 spools (Clemes and Clemes spools are on the small size). By the time I got through all 4 spools, only about 6" difference! For those in the Cleveland-Akron-Columbus area, there are demonstrations planned in the coming days around the police murder of Jayland Walker. Jayland Walker was shot over 60 times by Akron police for daring to run during a traffic stop. The city of Akron has a long history of having a police department that is incredibly racist, and that operates with total impunity. In the past police there have been able to gas crowds off the street and arbitrarily arrest people, so, if you are planning on going, expect it to potentially get a bit spicy.

So I'm just sitting around the Dermatologist office, waiting for results on the next tissue layer. Might be relatively short #Mohs procedure. That would be very nice. Just wondering how much it's going to hurt once the local wears off. Not the nose, but the ear. Gonna need to do a skin graft too.
