@w7voa Lots of hospitals have tunnels.
There's an awesome one under Sacred Heart in Spokane, WA, which was built decades ago for the nuns to walk from their living quarters to the hospital. Now it houses the lab, morgue, and other services. Great way to get from one end of the complex to the other without dodging traffic.
So if someone was bombing Spokane, they could claim the nun's tunnel was evidence the hospital was hiding terrorists?
@Arachne @w7voa I've been in several large hospitals and they've all had tunnels or underground areas for infrastructure and moving stuff around. I think it's pretty standard.
